Returns and exchanges must be requested within 5 to 7 days of receiving the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Items purchased on sale or special promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Once approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy:

If you wish to exchange your item for another, we will process the exchange once we receive the original item.
The new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days after approval.
